Payment
Payment is to be made in New Zealand dollars and is paid by cheque,
online banking or credit card. The full amount due will be automatically
deducted from your credit card account. You are not able to make payments
in installments.
All prices quoted include Goods and Services Tax. Prices may increase
or decrease from time to time.
Accepted credit cards are: Visa and MasterCard.
Delivery and Delivery Charges
Delivery is within New Zealand or region specified. Goods are at our
risk until delivered to you.
We will endeavor to deliver your purchase within 3 to 4 working days
after receiving your order. Please note that Rural Delivery addresses
are dependent on the local courier's schedule and PO boxes (if you
have one) are a more preferred over residential mailboxes.
How are delivery charges calculated? Delivery charges are based on
the weight and size measurements of the product purchased.
Delivery charges are calculated and shown as a separate item before
you choose to enter your payment details and send the order to be
processed.
We may deliver each items ordered separately if we chose for supply
or other reasons. If this is the case you will not incur any extra
delivery cost.
We do not sell, post, airmail, courier or distribute Mapp, LPG, Butane
or Propane gas canisters. It is illegal to post or courier such items.
Delivery to Pacific Islands
We will endeavor to supply to customers on offshore islands that are
part of New Zealand. We will supply goods "free on board"
(FOB) at no charge to the customer, to the shipping agent within NZ.
The customer must pay the shipping agent to deliver to their home
or other pick up point in there country or on the island. We can handle
shipping on behalf of the customer, such prices must be quoted first.
Customers will arrange to collect goods from the agent on the island.
Durafix's responsibility for product shall cease on delivery of
the order to the shipping agent or to the address supplied.
Title and Risk
Your order is not binding until accepted by Durafix. Goods are at
our risk until delivered to you, or in the case of an offshore island
address, until delivered to your shipping agent.
We may deliver each item ordered separately if we choose for supply
or other reasons. If this is the case you will not incur any extra
delivery cost.
Cancellation and Product Return
You may cancel this order without charge at any time up to the despatch
of goods to your address. Any charge to your credit card will be
credited.
You may return goods because you have changed your mind and do not
wish to purchase the goods:
You must return the goods in their original condition and packaging
and they must be received by us within 30 days of delivery. Durafix
may at its option either credit your card excluding handling and
delivery costs.
You may return the goods if they are faulty or damaged, or where
the goods delivered are not those you ordered:
All goods returned must be in original condition with packaging,
include all accessories and the invoice or delivery docket. All
goods except faulty goods must be unopened.
Warranties
Durafix gives no express guarantees unless they are in writing.
Unless the goods are acquired for business purposes, Durafix will
repair or replace any goods which fail to comply with any guarantee
contained in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Limitation of Liability
Durafix is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental
or consequential damages arising out of the use, or the inability
to use, the material on this site. This includes but is not limited
to the loss of data or loss of profit, even in such event Durafix
was advised of the possibility of such damages.
